2. Service Fees and Payments

Any fees paid for consultancy, processing, documentation, appointments, or property-related services are considered service-based payments. These fees are used to initiate advisory support, administrative processes, and communication with developers or government entities. As these activities begin immediately upon payment, such fees are generally non-refundable unless stated otherwise in writing.

3. Property Booking and Developer Payments

If you make a booking, reservation, or down payment for a property through us, the payment is processed directly with the respective developer or property seller. These payments fall under the payment, refund, and cancellation policies of that developer or third-party entity. Shan Luxury Real Estate does not have control over developer refund timelines, eligibility, or decisions. Clients are advised to carefully review the developer’s official terms before proceeding with any transaction.

4. Cancellations Initiated by the Client

If a client decides to cancel a consultation, property viewing, or service request after it has been initiated, the cancellation will be acknowledged, but refunds may not be applicable since time and resources are already allocated. However, the client may request a rescheduling or alternate consultation option, which we will accommodate whenever possible.

5. Cancellations Initiated by the Developer or Third Party

In the event that a developer, seller, or external service provider cancels or modifies a booking or project, the refund or cancellation process will follow the policies of that entity. Shan Luxury Real Estate will assist the client in communicating with the respective party but is not responsible for the outcome or refund amount.

6. Non-Refundable Services

Certain services are strictly non-refundable due to their immediate delivery upon request. These include market reports, consultation sessions, documentation processing, appointment arrangements, and personalized property recommendations. Once these services are completed, refunds cannot be offered under any circumstances.

7. Refund Processing Time

If a refund is approved by a developer or external entity, the processing time may vary based on their internal procedures. Shan Luxury Real Estate is not responsible for delays by banks, developers, or payment gateways. We will, however, assist in tracking and following up on the client’s behalf to ensure timely resolution.

8. Client Responsibility

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, understanding project details, and reviewing legal documents before making any financial commitments. Any losses resulting from incorrect information, misunderstanding, or change of personal plans will not qualify for refunds.
